  Hi LuckyBiker,
  sounds like a simple problem with your browser memory cache.
  
  Simply clear that memory cache and then try to log in again with your original login email and password.
  
  If that fails, then someone from SocialGO can reset that directly for you. Drop a reset request directly at http://getsatisfaction.com/socialgo or email tom@socialgo.com and ask him for the reset.
  
  If you want, feel free to email me your site URL, Login Email and password to help@widgetlaboratory.com and I can see if I can get in from my machine.
  
  Once you are in, you will have to instruct your members to follow the "Forgot Password" method, or you can manually reset or establish new passwords for them on an as-needed basis by going to their member profile and editing the account information for their password.

  I migrated 6500 members from NING of which 5500 still have problems signing up or signing in my Socialgo network , and NOW what happens to me ? the same thing : I try to connect to my network , and it wo'nt let me in socialgo tells me : Please sign up or login to continue. i enter my e mail and password and the answer is : Username / Password Error
  
  1. Try resetting your password. This will send a new password to your registered email address.
  
  Now i'm an owner with blocked access to my network... it's a very serious issue.
  
  Please help. who can I contact for a solution? thanks
