The TabDoctor uses the existing API with regard to visibility. So
if you set a page to be visible to members, then all members can
access the tab... but if you have content on the page that is only
visible to a higher level of member, then the content will remain
out of view (it will show a warning dialogue on the page that a
higher membership is required).
When SocialGO updates their API to allow visibility control to be
accessed via the widgets, then we will build that into TabDoctor so
you can have similar visibility controls on the tabs that you do
now with content.
And yes, you should remove the LabTabs first, and also create one
manual tab link first... that way you will be sure to see the drop
down menu in the "Edit Link" field when you click the green plus
symbol (showing all available page url's).
How can we get TabDoctor to display tab pages? I think the "tab"
feature offers a second level of tabs underneath the main tabs. So
if I have an "About Page" I can add tab pages underneath it that
also shows on all the "about Page' related items. But I cant get it
to work as a drop in the Tab Doctor?
Is this an add-on to labtabs or can this run with out labtabs
?
and why was this not updated to the normal labtabs because this
works so much better because the labtabs page is a mess and crashes
if i am working on this for a long time and have to redo all tabs.
TabDoctor replaces LabTabs.... if you want to update simply email
us at help@widgetlaboratory.com and we can swap it out for you.
Please include your site URL as well.

Awesome. I just configured all my menus and drop downs in five minutes. Well done.

- Suggestion---> You should include an option to add icons to the Tabs.
- Question----> How is working The Tab Doctor in case of having Suscribers and Free-users?
- Note for owners with the old labtab installed: Uninstall the old app first!!!! i didn't and i had to start to configure it from scractch :-D
