The demo seems to have disappeared - does this mean the project has been scrapped for now? Are you able to say whether and when this is indeed going to be available? My network is really, really desperate for a proper integrated chat room. And has been for months.

we've not scrapped anything, no. Until a platform chat is released, we've provided examples of other chat rooms that you can utilize until the chat is released across the platform. Look in our magazine for how to use TokBox, Meebo, Userplane, etc.

I'm so pleased LabChat hasn't been scrapped. Sadly, none of the other options are really quite right for my network. I just need a proper, integrated group chat room that's secure and dedicated to my network, which uses members' IDs without them having to do anything. Like other social networks/social networking platforms have.

That's what I need too. A lot of my members won't use a chat room that can be embedded or viewed elsewhere, or that asks for their details again. They'll just go off and use Messenger. I know a lot of Network Owners are desperate for LabChat.
